4. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 daysunless stated otherwise.
Prices may change due to material costs, design changes, or external factors.
VAT (if applicable) will be clearly stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Orders & Deposits

An order is confirmed once:

A written agreement is signed, and
The required deposit is paid

Deposits are typically nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your Sales Agreement. Common structure:

Deposit on order
Progress payments
Final payment before delivery or collection

We reserve the right to pause work if payments are late.

7. Production & Lead Times

Estimated build times are provided as guidance only. Delays may occur due to:

Supplier issues
Weather
Custom design changes
Force majeure events

We will keep you updated throughout the process.

8. Delivery & Collection

Delivery options will be agreed in advance. The Buyer is responsible for:

Site access
Ground preparation
Any required permits

Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or collection.

9. Inspection & Acceptance

You may inspect the tiny home upon completion. Acceptance occurs when:

You sign the completion form, or
You take delivery/collection

Any issues must be reported within 7 days.

10. Warranty

We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months.

Warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear
Misuse or neglect
Thirdparty modifications
Damage caused by extreme weather
Issues arising from improper installation or site conditions

Full warranty details may be provided separately.

11. Cancellations

If you cancel your order:

Deposits are nonrefundable
You must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date

We may cancel an order if payments are not made or if circumstances prevent fulfilment.

12. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of tiny homes, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds are only issued where required by law or agreed in writing.

13. Liability

We are not liable for:

Losses caused by delays
Damage resulting from improper installation or use
Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, images, and written content on our website or provided during the design process remain the property of Tabernacle Tiny Homes LTD unless otherwise agreed.
