This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how Tabernacle Tiny Homes LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns, cancellations, and refunds for tiny homes and related products.

1. Bespoke Tiny Homes – No Returns

All tiny homes manufactured by us are custombuilt to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns once production has begun or the unit has been delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Deposits

Deposits paid to secure an order are nonrefundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits cover:

Design work
Materials allocation
Production scheduling
Administrative costs

If you cancel your order before production begins, we may, at our discretion, refund part of the deposit, but we are not obligated to do so.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

You must notify us in writing
You will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date
Deposits remain nonrefundable
Any additional payments made for completed work or materials already purchased will not be refunded

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

Payments are not made on time
You fail to provide required information
Circumstances arise that prevent us from completing the order

In such cases, we will refund any payments made minus costs already incurred.

4. Refunds for NonCustom Products

If we sell accessories, components, or noncustom items (e.g., fixtures, addons), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that:

The item is unused
It is in its original packaging
You can provide proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

Items that cannot be returned:

Customcut materials
Specialorder components
Items damaged after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe your tiny home or product is faulty:

Notify us within 7 daysof delivery or collection
Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will assess the fault and, if confirmed, arrange repair or replacement in line with your warranty.

Damage caused by:

Improper installation
Poor site conditions
Misuse or neglect is not covered.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
